Actually, a tune, injectors, turbo with a 19t comp. wheel, 3" exhaust, intercooler and intake are all I need. The tune is a given if you increase injector size—I figured that was obvious. As for whether the trans can handle it, here's someone with the same car who also has an auto trans:

Nobody said that this car only had cranked boost. In fact, as you pointed out, there is no existing mod list. I can crank the power output of my Saab from 255/260 to 415/520 by adding boost, fuel, 3" turbo-back, and 58 lb injectors. That's a 61% increase! Surely a $1,300,000 car can match that.
Very true. I'm sure the W16 is overengineered to the point that it can take 1500 HP with ease. That's only half it's rated output, afterall. Me thinks you don't know what you're talking about. Stoker kits increase the STROKE of an engine through modified rods and crank.
